  • Clients are required to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided.

    Pre- and post-treatment care will be discussed prior to each treatment and are also provided within your appointment confirmation and reminder communications.

    Failure to follow instructions may affect treatment outcomes and increase the risk of complications.

  • Treatment rates may be adjusted to reflect changes in supplier costs, regulatory requirements, or broader economic factors such as inflation.

    Any updates apply to future bookings only.

    Promotional pricing or treatment access may be offered periodically and is subject to availability.

    Such offers may be withdrawn or modified at any time and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

    All pricing remains compliant with Australian Consumer Law.

  • A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and applied toward the total cost of your treatment.

  • Due to the nature of clinical treatments, we do not offer refunds for services that have been completed.

    Treatment outcomes vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

    If you have any concerns following your treatment, we encourage you to contact the clinic so we can assess and provide appropriate follow-up care.

    Prepaid treatments or packages may be subject to specific conditions and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

    Products may be exchanged if faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Appointments can be scheduled via the online booking system.

    A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any appointment changes or cancellations.

    Appointment reminders are issued via email, with the option to amend or reschedule appointments directly through the confirmation or reminder link.

    Late cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit

    Failure to attend (no-show) may result in loss of deposit

    Repeated cancellations may result in restricted booking access.

  • Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced or rescheduled to avoid disruption to other appointments.

    Full treatment fees may still apply.
